ELECTRICAL DESIGNER

Applicants must have 5 or more years of experience in solid modeling and designing/detailing with 3D AutoCAD software such as Solid Works, Inventor, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD MEP, Bentley/Rebis, AutoPLANT, Siemens NX (Unigraphics), Alibre, Pro/Engineer, or similar software.

Must have extensive detailing experience for equipment skids and packaged equipment, interconnection and wiring diagrams, cable and conduit selection, selection and detailing of instruments, controls, electrical cabinets, and other miscellaneous electrical, monitoring, and communication devices.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Applicants must have a B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering and 5 or more years of experience with building codes and standards to assist with the design of buildings and equipment, perform analysis, and assist with departmental growth.

INSTRUMENT CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Applicants must have broad design and field experience in industrial controls including PLC & HMI programming, Ethernet/Profibus I/O addressing/communication and troubleshooting, panel layout and detailing, instrument selection, instrument calibration, commissioning, preparation of P&ID’s and wiring schematics using AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.

Hands-on shop fabrication, installation, and commission experience will be considered favorably.

Senior designers must be able to generate detailed 3D documents, and independently check the production work of others to established standards and the applicable design and fabrication codes.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in designing, detailing, and fabricating equipment for air separation plants, industrial gas plants, food, and beverage, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, industrial power train systems, including steam turbines, or experience on heavy industrial plants and related OEM equipment.

PIPING ENGINEER

Applicant must have BSME and five or more years of experience with process plant projects for manufacturing, chemical, or refining industries.

Responsibilities will include layout, preliminary design, detailed stress analysis, detailed design, ASME code checks, preparation of specifications, coordination, and approval of detailed design drawings and fabrication drawings.

Experience with high temperature and high-pressure process and steam systems is preferred, including modeling, analysis, and code checks with CAESAR or similar software.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER/DESIGNER

Engineering work will include preparation of calculations and FEA of components to demonstrate compliance with applicable codes and best practices.

Design work will include detailed 3D modeling using AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks latest platforms.  Detail drawings prepared from modeling will include dimensioning, tolerances, notes, and bill of materials.

Candidates should have 5 or more years of experience in layout and design, and at least two years of experience in preparing and checking detailed fabrication drawings and bill of materials. 

CHEMICAL ENGINEER

Applicants must have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and 5 or more years of
manufacturing experience. Experience with food, dairy, or chemical plants is a plus.
Our Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Facilitate or participate in HAZOP reviews
  • Conducting projects involving specialty chemicals and materials and developing
    and manufacturing products
  • Providing technical support, documentation, and process improvements for
    manufacturing areas
  • Leading process improvement and development efforts from project identification
    and assessment and implementation
  • Supporting new product introductions
  • Supporting site safety, health, and environmental goals
  • Implementing Process Safety Management (PSM) related programs
  • Serving as PSM and Mechanical Integrity Coordinator
  • Leading implementation of Lean, Six Sigma and other manufacturing objectives
